Welcome to Warrab AI (“Warrab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Our Service

Warrab AI is an artificial intelligence platform that helps users automate tasks, retrieve information, communicate, and interact with connected third-party services using AI.

Features may include, but are not limited to:

AI chat and assistance
Email management
Calendar management
WhatsApp and messaging integrations
Document analysis
Workflow automation
Third-party integrations
Future AI features released by Warrab

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Warrab.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Protecting your login credentials.
All activities performed using your account.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Authorization for Connected Services

By connecting third-party accounts to Warrab, you expressly authorize Warrab to access and process information from those services solely to provide the functionality you request.

Depending on the permissions you grant, Warrab may:

Read and analyze emails.
Draft, send, reply to, forward, delete, organize, or archive emails.
Access calendars and create, update, or delete events.
Read and send messages through WhatsApp and other supported messaging platforms.
Access contacts to perform requested actions.
Access cloud storage and documents.
Retrieve files required to complete AI tasks.
Interact with business applications connected by you.
Perform AI-powered automations on your behalf.

You acknowledge that these actions are performed only after you grant the required permissions.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting integrations or revoking permissions through the applicable third-party provider.

5. AI Authorization

When you ask Warrab to perform an action, you authorize Warrab to act on your behalf using your connected accounts.

Examples include:

Sending emails
Replying to emails
Scheduling meetings
Sending WhatsApp messages
Reading documents
Searching files
Organizing calendars
Automating workflows

You remain responsible for reviewing actions where applicable and ensuring that the requested action complies with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

By using Warrab, you grant us permission to process your data solely for the purpose of:

Operating the platform
Delivering requested AI services
Improving system performance
Detecting abuse and security threats
Complying with legal obligations

Warrab does not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses.

You acknowledge that:

AI responses are generated automatically.
Responses should not be considered professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
You are responsible for verifying important information before relying upon it.

8. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Warrab, you consent to the processing of your information as described in that policy.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet communications.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Warrab to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Send spam or unsolicited communications.
Distribute malware or malicious code.
Attempt unauthorized access to any system.
Circumvent security controls.
Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
Use the platform for unlawful surveillance or data collection.

11. Third-Party Services

Warrab integrates with third-party providers such as Microsoft, Google, Meta (WhatsApp), OpenAI, Anthropic, and other supported platforms.

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Warrab is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or operation of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, logos, models, and platform content provided by Warrab remain the exclusive property of Warrab or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

13. Fees

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate this Agreement.
Your use presents a security risk.
We are required to do so by law.
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrab disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrab, its affiliates, employees, founders, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warrab and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of this Agreement.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of another party’s rights.

18. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of Warrab after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You consent to Warrab accessing and processing data from the integrations you choose to connect.

You understand that AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and should be independently verified where appropriate.
You agree to comply with this User Agreement and all applicable laws while using the Service.
