These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Warrab AI Assistant service. By subscribing to or using Warrab AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Warrab AI is a subscription-based WhatsApp assistant that enables users to receive email summaries, schedule reminders and tasks, and send messages to approved contacts based on explicit user instructions.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use WhatsApp and email services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access.
Warrab AI operates strictly on an opt-in basis. Users must explicitly provide consent and initiate communication. Messages are sent only in response to user actions or scheduled instructions created by the user.
Warrab AI executes reminders and scheduled messages based on user-defined timing. Delivery may be affected by external services including WhatsApp or email providers. Warrab AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or instant delivery.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Warrab AI Privacy Policy. Users retain ownership of their data and may revoke permissions or request deletion at any time.
Warrab AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent platform restrictions.
Warrab AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage or reliance on generated outputs.
Warrab AI may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
